Seasons & Matchups

The Seasons page is the historical archive of EMFFL — every season from the ESPN era through today is browsable here, including weekly matchup results and final standings.

Finding a Season

Navigate to Seasons in the top navigation bar. Every season is displayed as a card, sorted newest to oldest.

• Sleeper seasons (2019–present) show the number of managers and link to standings and the draft board.
• ESPN seasons (2015–2017) are labeled with an orange ESPN badge and show the season champion where known.

Click any season year or the Standings → link to open that season's detail page.

Season Detail Page

Sleeper Seasons

A Sleeper season detail page shows:

• Champion banner — if the season is complete, the winner is highlighted at the top.
• Final Standings — managers ranked by wins, then points for as a tiebreaker. Columns show record (W–L), points for, and points against.
• Weekly Schedule — every regular-season and playoff week. Weeks labeled Playoffs are the postseason.

ESPN Historical Seasons

ESPN season pages have the same structure but with one difference: points against is not available for historical ESPN data, so the standings table shows W–L and points for only.

Weekly Matchup Results

Each week shows all matchups as cards. The winning team is highlighted in green. Playoff matchups are labeled with a banner at the top of the card (Playoffs in indigo, Consolation in gray).

Understanding the Data Sources

EMFFL played on ESPN from 2015–2017, then moved to Sleeper starting in 2019. The app presents both eras in a unified view so nothing is lost from the league's history.

Note: ESPN historical data was imported manually and may not have complete owner information for every team. Teams with unknown owners appear with placeholder labels.
