Treasury & Dues
The Treasury page is where you check your dues status for the current season and access payment links.
Checking Your Status
Go to Treasury in the League menu. The page shows:
- The dues amount for the current season
- The due date for payment
- Your payment status — paid or unpaid, and the amount recorded
- A note from the treasurer if one was left
Paying Your Dues
If your dues are unpaid, payment buttons appear directly on the page:
- Venmo — taps the Venmo app (or opens Venmo on desktop) with the treasurer's username pre-filled.
- Cash App — same behavior with the Cash App username.
- Zelle — shows the Zelle ID so you can copy it into your banking app.
After paying via any of these methods, the treasurer will mark your payment as received. The page will update to show your paid status once that's done.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to do anything after I pay? No — just pay and let the treasurer know. They'll mark you as paid. If your status hasn't updated after a day or two, check with the treasurer.
The payment amount shown doesn't match what I sent — what happened? The treasurer can record partial payments. If you paid in installments or there's a discrepancy, the amount shown reflects what's been recorded. Contact the treasurer to sort it out.
I paid but I don't see a payment button — what do I do? If the treasurer hasn't configured payment links for the season, the buttons won't appear. Reach out to them directly for payment info.
Who is the treasurer? Check the league group chat or ask the commissioner.
