Treasury & Dues

The Treasury page is where you check your dues, see where the money goes, track side bets, and find payment links.

Checking Your Status

Go to Treasury in the League menu. For the current season, it shows:

• the dues amount and due date
• your payment status, paid or unpaid, and the amount recorded
• a note from the treasurer, if one was left

Paying Your Dues

If your dues are unpaid, payment options appear on the page:

• Venmo opens Venmo with the treasurer's username, the amount and a memo already filled in.
• Cash App opens the treasurer's Cash App page. Enter the amount yourself.
• Zelle shows the treasurer's Zelle phone number or email to copy into your banking app.

After you pay, the treasurer marks you as paid and your status updates.

Where the Dues Go

The treasurer can split the season's dues into allocations, the pieces of the pot set aside for each prize or expense. For example: champion payout, runner-up, weekly high score, or a specific league event. Each allocation shows its amount.

Side Bets

Side bets track money that's separate from dues, usually a buy-in for a league event:

• Event side bets are linked to a league event, such as Squares, Survivor or Prop Bets. The pot is calculated from the real entries: the buy-in times the number of entries. For Squares it's the buy-in times the number of squares claimed, split evenly across the four quarters.
• Standalone side bets aren't tied to an event. They have their own name, a list of participating members, and a buy-in each.

Each side bet can have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place payouts, and shows as settled once the treasurer has paid it out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to do anything after I pay? Just pay and let the treasurer know. They'll mark you as paid. If your status hasn't updated after a day or two, check with them.

The amount shown doesn't match what I sent. What happened? The treasurer can record partial payments. If you paid in installments or there's a mismatch, the amount shown is what's been recorded. Talk to the treasurer to sort it out.

I don't see a payment button. What do I do? If the treasurer hasn't set up payment info for the season, the buttons won't appear. Ask the treasurer directly.

Who is the treasurer? Check the league group chat or ask the commissioner.
